Representative Larry Bliss serves Maine as both an educational administrator and a legislator. Director of Career Services and Professional Life Development at the University of Southern Maine, Bliss is currently serving his fourth term in the Maine State House of Representatives, symbolizing the strength of South Portland. Larry Bliss is House Chair of the Joint Standing Committee on Utilities and Energy.
